This cross-sector experience provides guidance and advice on how to integrate wool into a range of applications and valorisation.  Whether it’s in product development, replacing synthetic fibres, or exploring new market opportunities, students, commercial businesses, or new development can unlock the potential of wool as a natural, renewable, and high-performance material (not just for shocks or jumpers). 

 

With a deep technical insight blended with creative innovation, the aim is to support students, artisanal skills and traditions, nurturing future generations and embracing reskilling, transition and a positive future for wool (including the farmers, shearers, rouseabouts, sheep dogs and many others....)
